Message	on their personal vehicles. Like I said, most new and used car dealerships put a plate frame on their cars as cheap advertizing. Alot of folks don't notice/care/or bother removing or changing the frame and it stays on until the car is re-sold. So someone could literaly be ticketed for something they didn't even do, a dealership did! That'd be a strategy if you had to goto court - hang out in the courthouse parking lot and get a picture of the officer and Judge's own plate frames when they pull in. It wouldn't endear you with the either of them, but it'd be a hilarious to point out their own hipocricy in the courtroom and get it on the record!
